How we operate
Spadea Holdings takes positions in and alongside established producers, securing entitlement to material at source. This merchant model — capital and supply in one counterparty — allows us to commit to specification and continuity in a way conventional distribution cannot. We deliver principal-to-principal: grade agreed against certified assay, logistics and documentation handled through to delivery, every consignment traceable to origin. Our approach is deliberately narrow: a select number of minerals, known provenance, relationships built to last.
